Leeds city council have launched a 100 day countdown to rid the city of the grime and make leeds the cleanest city in the uk. to clean up the huge problem of graffiti and chewing gum on the cities street the council have purchased seven skid mounted pressure washers and tanks.

Graffiti Machine cleans with hot water high pressure and chemicals Intense cleaning power to get on with the toughest of jobs The Graffiti Machine's Remote cleaning operation with it own built in tank, hose reels for safe and convenient operation The hydra 200DS high pressure hot water pressure washer have been mounted in to ford transits, along with 1000litre tanks complete with sand pipe connection. the 200 bar 18 litre per minute machine will operate up to 150c and be transported around the city by the graffiti and gum cleansing teams.

	Lockable roller door side's provide easy access and secure storage to avoid vandalism.

Carl Snowden, General Manager, Fleet Services, said "We had 7 graffiti teams using pressure washers towed by vans. these pressure washers proved to be unreliable and expensive to maintain. We needed a fleet of high specification powerfel and reliable pressure washers and the wesley nova skid mounted pressure washer suited our needs perfectly. These pressure washers in the hands of our dedicated teams wil help us achieve our aim of a cleaner city in 100 days and then enable us to keep it clean in years to come".

The council placed the order with local vehicle body builder and specified the use of the Wesley Hydra 200DS as they had identified it as the best pressure washer for the work. Wesley then worked with the body builders to mount the graffiti machine in the flat back truck seen here.

Maintained by Wesley Engineer's The Wesley Hydra 200DS graffiti pressure washer, uses a vibration free soundless pump with a ceramic plungers, stainless steel valve and a nickel plated brass head The engine is a water cooled diesel engine with oil and temperature protection, the burner is double walled with an air cooled outer cover and a temperature range up to 150c
