This exciting new system was developed at Wesley by Head of Design Colin Aspell, in response to a growing industry concern over a lack of compact silt and slurry extraction equipment that could be run continuously on site.

The C.L.E.A.R. achieves continuous extraction in a patented two - stage process. The silt-water or slurry solution is filtered over a Lemella Tube system which, due to being constantly in use and flushed with fresh water, is able to deal with a high volumes of solution and subsequently filters the dirt out of the water very quickly. The second stage of the process is simple but undoubtedly effective. Rather than the silt being transported to a separate sump tank via pipes, the solid waste is separated within the C.L.E.A.R and deposited into a skip. Wesley’s competitors don’t use this extraction system and so they can’t offer the continuous operation that our C.L.E.A.R. does.
