The Bionic is a fully biological system for reclaiming wastewater used in the washing of vehicles. The base model ‘Bionic 20’ has a water reclamation rate of 500 Gallons Per Hour (GPH) and each subsequent upgrade carries an increase of 500 GPH.

The waste water is cleaned in 3 steps:

• Pre aeration in pump pit for oxygen saturation.
  
  
• Particles separation by hydro-cyclones.
  
  
• Biodegradation of all organic waste (shampoo’s, waxes, oil, grease i.e.) by the bioreactor.
  
  
• The system allows for 100% re-use and therefore huge savings.
