Wheel Wash : Nozzle free Filter

The new nozzle free clarifier is designed to deal with floating debris such as wood, plastic and polystyrene. these particles will not settle out in the ordinary way and will eventually reach the nozzles and block them, the filter is accessed via the safety ladder and platform.

The removal of the filter is easy, by first closing the filter outlet valve to prevent anything entering the pump inlet port and then simply cleaning the filter off.

The whole operation takes 5 minutes and need doing every one to two weeks dependant on use and site conditions
